Linda was born and raised in Calgary, as were her two children. She has been a massage therapist since 1995 and is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). Her education also includes degrees in kinesiology, religious studies and a masters in psychology. Out of all her careers, Linda has enjoyed massage therapy the most. The techniques she uses most often are deep therapeutic, cranial sacral and trigger point therapy and she continues to take courses that increase her knowledge and skills that help meet the clinical needs of her clients.

In the evenings she enjoys training in shito-ryu karate in which she is a third degree black belt. She enjoys running and working out at the gym.
